- Melvin (11/20/2025): 1 kilo of this? Yes lawd!!! Eventually, I will order 5 pounds of this flavor. It’s a must-have. Grown folk coffee for sure. Tastes great, smells great, because it IS GREAT!
- S (05/14/2025): Good coffee bizarre customer care. Update 8/2/2025: After 14 back and forth emails this issue is resolved. I've upgraded the rating to 4 stars- because the coffee is 5 star and the customer care is 3 star. Original review: I have been subscribing to the 1 kilo King's Prize coffee for around a year. Since last month they were out of King's Prize, so they sent me a Brazilian Cake Lady (which was too fruity for my taste). Then I noticed I was also being charged a higher, non-subscription price without any notification. I contacted the customer care and the explanation was that since they were out of King's Prize they replaced my roast, and also knocked me out of my original subscription price. The online price for a new subscription is still 10% less than what they charged me (but higher than my original subscription price). Not sure who does that to existing customers.

- D.L. (02/02/2024): Thankful. I discovered this amazing coffee while living in Oakland. We’ve moved out of the city and are so thankful that we can still have the great coffee that we’ve grown accustomed to via mail!! Even upgraded to the Kilo size every 2 weeks! Never without our Red Bay! My only wish is that we had the option to receive a different flavor each delivery (fingers crossed).
